1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to information, support and product services related to FreddyMail provided by Benedikt Auer - Bennows. Purchase, payment, invoicing, tax calculation, license management and subscription management are handled through Freemius.
2. Contract conclusion through Freemius
When purchasing through the Freemius checkout, the Freemius sales terms shown there also apply. Freemius is involved as merchant of record for payment and license processing. FreddyMail provides the software, product information, documentation and product-specific support.
3. Licenses and usage rights
The specific license scope is determined by the Freemius plan selected during purchase, especially number of websites, term, billing model and enabled features. License keys may not be published, sold, shared or used for unauthorized third parties.
4. Prices, payment, taxes and invoices
Prices are displayed on the website and in the Freemius checkout. The checkout display is authoritative. Payments, invoices, sales tax/VAT, currency, discounts and payment confirmations are processed by Freemius.
5. Withdrawal, digital content and refunds
For digital products, the Freemius checkout may show specific notices regarding EU withdrawal rights, immediate provision of digital content and any refund policy. The checkout information and the refund policy configured for FreddyMail in Freemius are authoritative.
6. Support
Support is provided through documentation, FAQ and the support form. Processing may require FreddyMail version, WordPress version, PHP version, affected domain, error messages, provider details and relevant log entries.
7. Availability and liability
FreddyMail is developed with reasonable care. Uninterrupted availability of the website, Freemius checkout, update servers or third-party services cannot be guaranteed. Statutory liability rules apply; additional guarantees only exist if expressly promised.
8. Final provisions
German law applies unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
